| Bunkie Lynn is a humorist and author based in Nashville. Her wit and 'expert advice' for middle-aged women and her rollicking, animated delivery make Bunkie a popular keynote & event speaker at conventions, literary festivals, writer's workshops and fundraisers.
Bunkie challenges women to find their inner beauty in a society that defines the ideal woman's body as "a cross between a pretzel stick and a silicone breast implant."
Her global fan base includes career women, stay-at-home moms and singletons, all of whom can relate to her universal humor.
Bunkie has two books in print, is a regular columnist for WNBA and Igigi.com, and hopes to debut a new 'hen lit' comedy soon; plus she's looking for motivation to complete her next comedy novel, set in Cajun country.
Women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds find common ground in Bunkie's wild, tell-it-like-it-is tales, and she even has a few loyal male fans, her CPA notwithstanding. Bunkie's also a founding member of The Comma Goddesses, a group of women writers who come together when it strikes their fancy to celebrate life, the written word, chocolate and all things female.
